Tiara is a complex yacht fitted with extensive PLC based control and monitoring systems which manage every aspect of the yachts electrical and hydraulic power systems.

On the whole they are reliable and easy managed systems but as with all systems of such complexity and especially those operating in a hostile marine environment, occasionally things go wrong.

The builders of Tiara are heavily occupied with new projects and are therefore unable to offer the level of service & support we require.

Fortunately Imed were there to fill the breach and have completely taken over the support, repair and maintenance of Tiara’s power, control and monitoring systems.

With Imed’s assistance we have successfully resolved several long standing issues with the electrical paralleling and load shedding system, they have also assisted us with PLC modifications to our requirements and the re-programming of our automatic doors in response to a recent security incident.

At all times Imed have been fast to respond to our questions and quick to provide whatever support is required to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
