Our remote support service means no matter how far from land you're cruising, you have marine electrical assistance on call.
Our remote support service allows us to assist with electrical issues by phone or email. If you're already equipped with an IMED system, we've designed it to be easily fixed with a small panel of spare parts. If your vessel isn't carrying an IMED system, we're also able to help you - talking you through the electrical issues you're facing and ensuring you get underway as soon as possible.
In the past we have been able to pin-point various PLC and power generation problems remotely, and have been able to supply parts so the vessel's engineer can repair any problems. If an electrician is necessary, we're on stand-by to come to you to help with little notice.

Vessel electrical database

Our electrical drawing database allows vessels around the world to transfer drawings and documents onto a secure server.
The intention of the database is two-fold. Being electronically documented means that drawings can be kept safe and up to date. It also allows us and our consultants to have drawings to review and fault-find as required, wherever the yacht is lying. This streamlines the repair process, taking pressure off engineers, and allows for efficient planning of work to update the system. Fly In Fly Out |
